Chapter 67

To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song. God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.

(Ein Psalmlied, vorzusingen, auf Saitenspiel.) Gott sei uns gnädig und segne uns; er lasse uns sein Antlitz leuchten (Sela),

That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.

daß man auf Erden erkenne seinen Weg, unter allen Heiden sein Heil.

Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.

Es danken dir, Gott, die Völker; es danken dir alle Völker.

O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.

Die Völker freuen sich und jauchzen, daß du die Leute recht richtest und regierest die Leute auf Erden. (Sela.)

Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.

Es danken dir, Gott, die Völker; es danken dir alle Völker.

Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.

Das Land gibt sein Gewächs. Es segne uns Gott, unser Gott.

God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

Es segne uns Gott, und alle Welt fürchte ihn!
